New black undermask upgrade
with see-through blackout fabric over eyes and nostrils held
on by outer mask straps, slightly flexible 1/8" HIPS

The Darth Nihilus Costume Mask and Robes
I sculpted the mask in sculpey and cast it in plastic and
developed my own fabric patterns.
In progress: I might make a crown that can be worn under the
hood (as an option to the horns in place currently) that attaches
to the mask as well as a black undermask with facial features.
I have also considered making the worn and tattered COTF version
of this costume
