the opening is slightly smaller side to side and
there is a little less room inside from front
to back.

The
Republic Commando Costume Helmet
This
was my first try at making a full helmet. I sculpted
it in sculpey, casted it in plastic, sanded it smooth,
and casted it in plastic again.
In
progress: I am completely reworking my body
armor, and I will reveal a new and improved helmet
design this year.
